Established by William Smith in 2003, Smith's general contracting and construction company has flourished, becoming the triangle's premier general contractor with experience remodeling hundreds of homes over the past 14 years. Specializing in residential remodeling, W.D. Smith Construction has the capability to renovation and refinish all facets of the home from attics, kitchens and bathrooms, to basements. Located in central Raleigh, Smith's company strives to provide each client with exceptional craftsmanship and quality work while maintaining constant communication with clients and offering customized plans to meet timelines and budgets. With an excellent network of vendors across Wake county, W.D. Smith Construction has the ability to offer free evaluations and design time to potential clients.

OUR PROCESS

At W.D. Smith Construction, we strive for top quality services. We offer a simple and easy to understand system for home remodeling.

STEP ONE

We'll come to you and talk with you about your ideas and budget.

We'll offer ideas and suggestions for your renovation space and discuss your budget.

STEP TWO

Within a week you receive an estimate, fully itemized and easy-to-understand.

All labor fees are itemized. Also, included is a spreadsheet with your finishes from building materials to faucets to cabinets.

STEP THREE

Choose us as your general contractor, and your only job is to pick your finishes.

Yep, that's it. We set up project measurements, material deliveries and manage workflow. You don't pay us until the project is complete.
