So you’ve bought a new home and have quickly realized you will need to budget for a kitchen remodel? The third model, the deluxe, can vary significantly, starting at $50,000 and ranging to over $100,000 depending on the design and outside variables that can affect pricing. With this model, you can expect a complete reworking on the kitchen space featuring rich materials and accessories, custom cabinetry, small accents and details throughout with fixtures, lighting, stone mosaic backsplash, custom island and shiplap walls or board and batten ceiling paneling.
