W.D. Smith Construction is a licensed general contractor serving Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. Specializing in residential and commercial up-fits including bath and kitchen remodeling, full renovations, additions, attic and basement finishes, custom home building and much more. We maintain excellent vendors for tile, granite, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting that are all insured, licensed and meet our high standards of quality. Not the typical overloaded contractor, we are a small custom contractor who works with only 3-5 clients at a time. Because we take pride in our work, you will get the attention that your home remodeling investment deserves. Client's work directly with the owner and operator, William Smith, not multiple project managers or a different contact for each process. Building permits are obtained by W.D. Smith Construction and job and we ensure that each project adheres to North Carolina law and current NC building code to ensure the highest of structural and mechanical standards.
